A special celebration evening was held at Y-Zone Youth Centre on Tuesday 24th October 2017 to celebrate 10 years of our Senior Youth Group, NGS and the work of In Touch since 2004.
The evening included a disco, raffle and food and it was lovely to see members, parents, past members, friends and supporters enjoying themselves. This party was also the perfect opportunity to hold a surprise retirement presentation for Chris Parsons, Project Co-ordinator of In Touch since its beginning in 2004.
Chris has supported 100s of young people who have gone through In Touch over the years and we will be very sad to lose her. Her dedication, enthusiasm and hard work has benefitted so many. This dedication to the continuing success of In Touch is especially true during the past few years since our charity has been formed and she has retired from Hampshire County Council.
We thank Chris for her tireless dedication to Friends of In Touch over the past 14 years and wish her a long and happy retirement. Below are a selection of photos taken on the evening.
