We have booked our annual stall at the Eastleigh Christmas Fun Day which takes place from 11.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday 19th November 2016.
We would very much like parents/carers, volunteers, staff and friends to help us by donating items for the Tombola, Books and Toys table, and Cake table:
- Good quality unused items for our Tombola stall – we need as many as we can get. These can be things such as toiletries (perhaps unwanted gifts!), tins of food (within best before dates!), sweets and chocolates, gift items, and so on.
- Toys, games and books (in good condition)
- Cakes (freshly made or shop-bought within use by date)
Donations can be brought along to any of the next two Tuesday group meetings (8th and 15th Nov) and we can store them ready for the stall. Cakes can be delivered on the day before or day itself.We would also welcome offers of help on the day to man the stall.
If anyone can help out for, perhaps, an hour between 11.00 and 4.00pm, this would give us a chance to spread the load and give volunteers a bit of a break. Please let us know if you can help.
Funds raised from this event will go towards some of the ‘extras’ that we will be able to provide the children and young people with.
We would very much appreciate the support of all parents – this event will directly benefit your child. It is also great fun on the day .
